Help & Support
How to get the best AI headshots and use every feature you see in the app.
What you can do in the app
- Create Photos — Pick a style (e.g. Work & Career, Actor Headshots), upload a photo, and get a set of AI-generated headshots.
- Album Results — See all your albums; open any album to view, download, retouch, or regenerate photos.
- AI Editor — Change background, clothing, or poses; remove blemishes, upscale, unblur, and more on any image.
- Dashboard — Recent albums, active generations, and quick links to create more or open the editor.
- Buy more credits — View pricing and purchase more credit packs.
Getting started: your first headshots
- Go to Create Photos and choose a category (e.g. Work & Career, Actor Headshots, Dating Photos).
- If the category has styles (e.g. Corporate, Theatrical), click Create Now and pick one — this sets the look for clothing and background.
- You’ll be taken to Upload. Add at least one clear photo of your face. For some categories you can optionally pick an outfit or background from the list.
- Click to start generation. You’ll see progress on the upload page, or you can go to the Dashboard and see the job there.
- When it’s done, open the album from the dashboard or from Album Results. Download, favorite, retouch, or send to the AI Editor.
Getting the best results from your photo
Your photo matters most
- Face clearly visible, looking straight or slightly angled toward the camera
- Good lighting — natural window light or a well-lit room works great
- Recent photo — taken within the last year
- Solo photo — just you, no other people in the frame
- JPG or PNG; high enough resolution (e.g. at least 512×512). Phone selfies are fine.
What works even if it’s not perfect
- Phone selfies are fine
- Outdoor photos work
- No professional camera needed
If the system rejects your photo for quality, try a clearer, well-lit shot with your face fully visible and no sunglasses or heavy obstructions.
Categories and styles
On Create Photos you’ll see: Work & Career (corporate, creative professional, casual professional), Actor Headshots (theatrical, commercial, leading role, young adult/teen), Fashion & Modeling, Dating Photos, Old Money, Vintage & Retro, Travel & Vacation, Thematic & Fantasy, and Holidays & Festivities. Each has sub-styles — picking one tells the AI what clothing and setting to use so your pack looks consistent.
Dashboard
The dashboard shows Recent Albums (click any to open it), active jobs (generations in progress — you can wait or leave and come back), and quick-start category cards. Use the quick actions to go to Buy more credits (pricing), AI Editor, or this Help guide.
Album Results
This page lists all your albums with a cover image and date. Click an album to open it and see every generated (and edited) photo.
Inside an album: what you can do
- Tabs — Filter by All Photos, Originals, Favorites, Edited, Regenerated, or Bonus.
- Aspect ratio — Switch between 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 3:2 to see how photos crop.
- Select & download — Select one or more photos, then use Download Selected to get a ZIP. Use Download All to get the whole album as a ZIP.
- Single photo — Hover and use Download for one image, or the expand icon to view full-size in a lightbox.
- Favorite — Mark photos so you can filter to Favorites later.
- Retouch — Light skin cleanup (blemishes, dark circles) while keeping natural texture. The updated image stays in the album as “Edited.”
- Regenerate — Create a new variation using the same style and source photo; the new image is added to the album.
- AI Editor — Open a photo in the AI Editor to change background, clothing, poses, or use tools like upscale and unblur. Editor uses credits; changes can be saved back or used for downloads.
AI Editor
Open the editor from the sidebar or from inside an album. You can load an image by URL or pick one from your albums (My Albums). Each tool uses credits; the cost is shown on the tool.
- Change Background / Change Clothing / Add Poses — Pick from the asset gallery; the AI applies your choice to the photo.
- Magic Eraser — Remove unwanted objects.
- Blemish Remover — Smooth skin imperfections naturally.
- Image Extender — Expand the image boundaries.
- Image Upscaler — Increase resolution (e.g. up to 4×).
- Unblur — Sharpen blurry photos.
- Text Remover — Erase text or watermarks.
- Color Correction — Adjust tones and lighting.
Use Undo/Redo to step back or forward. When you’re done, download the result or (from an album) save it back to that album.
Credits and upgrading
Your Credits Remaining are shown in the sidebar. Generating headshots and using AI Editor tools spend credits. To get more, go to Buy more credits in the sidebar or use the "Get More Credits" quick action on the dashboard to buy more credit packs.
Common questions
Why do my previews look slightly different from the final?
Previews are watermarked, lower-resolution versions. The paid/final output is full resolution.
Can I use just one photo?
Yes. One clear photo of your face is enough to generate a headshot pack.
How long does generation take?
Most packs finish in 2–3 minutes. You can watch progress on the upload page or on the dashboard; when it’s done, open the album from the dashboard or Album Results.
Can I change background or outfit after generation?
Yes. Open the photo in the AI Editor and use Change Background or Change Clothing. You can also retouch or regenerate from the album view.
My result doesn’t look like me — what do I do?
Use a clearer photo with better lighting and your face fully visible. If it still doesn’t look right, contact support.
